Now people with the desire to move to Canada can make their dream true. Between 10th April and 14th April 2017, the OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program) will start identifying the eligible candidates in the express entry pool via HCP (Human Capital Priorities). This means that you have got two more days by your side to apply. The identified or selected candidates will be provided with an NOI (Notification of Interest), after getting NOI the candidates will be allowed to apply for a provincial nomination certificate to the Ontario government.
This is the second time in this year that Ontario has resumed giving out NOIs for the popular HCP stream. The identification of candidates by OINP was halted for more than a year (from February 16, 2016, to February 21, 2017).
