The Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream
This stream is under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). It suits you if you do not have a single job offer. In 2020, this stream, which comes with three categories linked to the Express Entry, has invited candidates to apply for permanent residence in Canada. Even though a job offer is not a qualifying factor for this stream, you must have work experience and a current Express Entry profile to get an application invite.
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)
This is another PNP that is meant for immigrants without valid job offers, and it has two streams. The first one is the Saskatchewan Express Entry-linked stream, whose qualified candidates must have an active Express Entry profile. The other stream under the SINP is the Saskatchewan Occupation In-Demand stream. Immigrants who want to apply are required to have at least a year’s experience in their field of occupation, which in this case, must be found on the Saskatchewan In-Demand Occupations List.
The French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
This PNP stream is under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) and is specifically meant for immigrants with fantastic French skills or bilingual skills. This means that their English skills should also be excellent, but there are other qualifications that candidates should meet.
The Ontario Express Entry-linked Human Capital Priority Stream
If you are in tech, feel free to apply to this stream. To qualify, you need to be in at least one of the six listed occupations in technology, including web designing. Fortunately, you do not need a job offer.
To gain Canadian permanent residence fast, you need to identify a PNP stream that you are qualified for. Of course, you must evaluate things such as your situation and work experience before making a decision.
