Most people who are desperate and need a job, are not picky as to if it is part time or full time starting out. All they care about is that they have money coming in to help support their family. Creating these part time jobs possibly gave a person a feeling of self-worth and of being self-sufficient. I say good job Canada and keep up the good work.
