Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot Program
Under this program are foreigners who intend on settling in any of the participating communities in Canada. Nine of the participating communities are now accepting applications with each having entry requirements which need to be met. Besides, candidates have to meet standards set by the federal government. The federal government chooses language requirements for RNIP program depending on the job offer.
There are management occupations and professional occupations which require university degrees. For this job offers, a candidate should have a CLB 4 or a National Occupational Classification (NOC) code of 0 or A.
Start-up Visa Program
The Start-up Visa Program is a program used by foreigners who want to start a business in Canada. For a foreigner to be considered for this program, they are required to prove that an organization supports the business through a capital venture group or angel investment, among others.
