Begun suspension of all southbound flights on Tuesday, March 17. Expected return date is on April 9. However, northbound flights are still operational.
Started offering credit to all passengers who booked vacation packages between March 17 and April 30
Amount paid by these customers is redeemable in future travel for up to 24 months after the original departure date

Porter
Porter will have their services suspended from 20 TH March and resume on June 1.
Only customers and travel agents who had bookings during the suspension will receive emails with specific instructions pertaining to their specific reservation.
Porter also waived flight change and cancellation fees. You can use the online portal to make changes.
Air Canada
Air Canada suspended some of their services for the entire summer.
Most routes should expect a temporary suspension date depending on the route up until 30 TH April.
Air Canada also waived fees on existing bookings for anyone who purchased tickets between March 4 and April 30.
As a customer, you are entitled to a onetime change to flights without the change fee. This condition only applies if you make the change up to two hours before the scheduled flight.
You can make these changes online, through a travel agent, or by making a call to Air Canada.
Air Canada’s customers can also check their refund eligibility in the passengers’ booking information.
West Jet
West Jet suspended—for 30 days, commercial operations for all Trans border and international flights as on Sunday, March 22. All affected flights will launch by 11:59 p.m. local time on Sunday.
West Jet suspended ticket sales for departures as of March 18. According to West Jet, this is to facilitate the return of Canadian nationals home.
Domestic travel is to operate at 50 percent for the next 30 days.
West Jet also lowered the prices on the remaining seats to Canada.
Air Transat
Air Transat is increasingly canceling flights until April 30.
Air Transat suspended air transport between Canada and the rest of Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the United States until 30th April. However, flights are still open to bring Canadians back to their country.
This airline also does not have a date for stopping their services fully.
Air Transat should publish information regarding rerouting flights on their official website in the coming days.
No passenger who was affected by the cancellation of flight should expect to see a price difference in their re-booking of tickets. However, Air Transat has waived any additional booking fees for their customers.
If the cancellation of flights resulted in an inability to fly, affected customers will receive a credit for future travel.
This credit applies up to 24 months of their original dates.
These measures put in place will help to reduce the spread of this “social virus” in the coming weeks.
