Canada’s PNP
Canada’s Provincial Nominee Program operates differently since it is a large network that accommodates all immigration streams, each having different criteria. Ever since PNP was introduced in the 1990s, it has ensured a balanced distribution of benefits of immigration in the country. It is worth noting that this program allows the participating territories and provinces to introduce immigration streams that will help attract and identify the needed economic immigrants. Each region has its PNP, which helps determine its nomination requirements and own allocation set by the federal government. For this reason, to travel to Canada, ensure you first get a nomination from the territory or province.
The provinces and Territories in Canada that have a PNP also have an established nomination stream. This means that this PNP is linked to the federal Express Entry system, such as The Nova Scotia Nominee Program.
