How often did the IRCC meet its TRV Service Standard for the Year 2022-2023?
The IRCC clarifies that the performance below is from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023. According to them, they had varying degrees of success regarding the timely processing of the applications.
For work permit applications submitted outside the country (all programs except IEC): about 61% of the applications were processed.
For work permit extensions submitted inside the country: about 30% of the applications were processed.
For work permit applications under the IEC: about 100% of them were processed.
For the issuance of opinions to employers on LIA exemptions or work permits: about 93% of them were processed.
For new study permit applications submitted outside the country: about 59% of them were processed.
For study permits (new and extension submitted inside the country: about 84% were processed.
For new visitor visa applications submitted outside the country: about 23% of them were processed.
For grandparent and parent super visa applications submitted outside the country: about 67% of them were processed.
eTAs: About 86% of the applications got a decision after five minutes and 76% of them got the 72-hour service standard.
