Apart from the Alberta Opportunity Stream, in 2018 the province might also witness a launch of two other new immigration streams. Out of these two new streams, one is expected to merge with Express Entry and the other will operate with the federal Express Entry pool setup. This time the numbers for candidate entry for nomination in Express Entry pool will be saved only for a few. There are three economic immigration classes of the province that will influence these nominations. These three classes of the FEDERAL Government are; FSWC (The Federal Skilled Worker Class), FSTC (The Federal Skilled Trades Class, and CEC (The Canadian Experience Class).
The AINP also mentioned a total number of 10 National Occupational Classification codes that will play a crucial role in conducting more than 50% of applications for the nomination certificates. These are:

6211: Retail Sales Supervisors
6421: Retail Salespersons
6311: Food Service Supervisors
0621: Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers
7284: Plasterers, Drywall Installers and Finishers and Lathers

7511: Transport Truck Drivers
1221: Administrative Officers
