A new invitation of approximately 3,900 invitations have been issued by The Government of Canada to enter in the Canadian Permanent Residence elections that will take place in November 15. According to the Comprehensive Ranking System, that score was exceptional since the draw was 449.

Approximately, in 2018, there was a population of 78,100 which leaves IRCC with less than 8000 invitation. This was less than what was there the previous year which had a record of 86,023.
