The stream of skilled trades
This is for skilled workers whose profile for express entry is valid. They also need to qualify for Canadian Experience Class with work experience in an entitled skill trade.
French- speaking skilled worker stream
The skilled worker stream for French- speaking people was launched in the year 2015 with the intention of targeting express entry French speaking candidates who are entitled either for skilled worker stream, Federal or Canadian Experience class with adequate abilities in English language (CLB=>6).
Both streams have distinct provincial criteria.
Express entry applicants who have received Ontario’s NOI and get provincial nomination would be benefitted by an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System score points. These candidates would be in a better position to obtain an invitation to submit their application, or ITA, in a draw for Express entry later on.
Express entry applicants who received NOI in the recent invitation round have 45 days from the issuance of NOI letter to submit their application online to OINP. The first thing you need to do to pursue any express entry stream of Ontario is to submit your profile to the region’s express entry pool.
