Ontario received applications from 986 candidates for the provincial Express Entry nomination that took place on June 1.Each of the candidates had at least 300 marks.
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) received applications from eligible candidates for the nomination through Ontario’s EESTS (Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream). These candidates had Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores ranging from 300 to 379. They also submitted their profiles between Jun 1, 2020, and June 2021 to be considered.
If any of the invited candidates received the notification for the nomination, he or she would then receive an ITA (Invitation to Apply) to get a permanent residence using the Express Entry draw. The reason is that a candidate who receives an enhanced PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) also gets an additional 600 points to their initial score.
All invited candidates will receive an invitation from OINP and have 45 days to submit their applications to participate in Ontario’s provincial nomination.
